Apply to be a Vendor
Please Read:
1. Vendor space is limited. Because of that, we have interested vendors apply via this form. Once the time to apply has ended, we will go through all the applications and select the vendors that will be allotted space.
2. If approved, you will be asked to pay your vendor fee ($150), within 48hrs. If additional time is needed let us know so that we can work with you, and not grant your spot to another vendor.
3. Once all vendors are selected we will send out an email with all the details that will be needed by our vendors. Even If you are not selected as a vendor you will be informed via email.

Why is there a vendor fee?
We aim to make every Night Market event memorable! With that comes costs. We strive to keep entry fees for attendees as low as possible as even more incentive to bring the whole family and friends. We also do not want to ever take a percentage of profit from what our vendors sell. So, that's why there's a reasonable vendor fee.
Are vendor fees refundable?
In general, vendor fees are NONrefundable. We would just apply that vendor fee to the next Night Market event. However, we assess each situation individually, as we know things happen and in the cases of emergencies we do work with vendors on that when we can.
How are vendors selected?
We, review each application and take a variety of items into consideration when choosing our vendors. To maintain our brand standards and those of the spaces we inhabit, we must select vendors that create high quality products. We look for brands that have created a cohesive storyline and branding presence online and off. This is largely seen through great imagery used to promote the brand. Originality sits at the center of all of this. We want to see each individual's creativity shine.
What if I've never done a pop up before?
First time vendors are welcomed just as seasoned ones are! Part of the mission of Night Market is to provide space for up-and-coming artists, crafters, vendors, makers, etc. If you are newer to vendor markets please have good, quality pictures of your products.
